How does the 10% platform fee work? +
When an employer pays for a completed job, Kelsa takes 10% as a platform fee. So if the agreed wage is ₹600/day, the worker receives ₹540 and Kelsa keeps ₹60.
When does the worker get paid? +
Payment is released instantly to the worker's UPI ID once the employer marks the job as complete. Workers get paid the same day the job is done.
