• Skills and work categories
• UPI ID for payment processing
• Aadhaar number (for optional verification only)

From Employers

• Name, company name and mobile number
• Business type and location
• Job postings and hiring history
• Payment information via Razorpay

• Device type, browser and operating system
• IP address and approximate location
• Pages visited and time spent on the platform
• OTP verification logs

3. How We Use Your Information

• To match workers with nearby job opportunities
• To process payments and send UPI payouts to workers
• To send OTP verification messages via SMS and WhatsApp
• To send job alerts and platform notifications
• To improve our matching algorithm and platform experience
• To prevent fraud and ensure platform security
• To comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With employers/workers — when a job match is made, limited profile information is shared to facilitate the booking
• With payment processors — Razorpay receives payment information to process transactions
• With SMS providers — Fast2SMS receives your mobile number to deliver OTPs
• With legal authorities — if required by law, court order or government request

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Sheets and processed via Google Apps Script, hosted on Google's secure infrastructure. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.

OTP codes are time-limited and expire after 10 minutes. We do not store passwords.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@mykelsa.in.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

Kelsa is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
